Self assessment returns

Ten million people in the UK complete a self assessment personal tax return each year. Getting to grips with your tax return can be time consuming and stressful. Under the self assessment regime an individual is responsible for ensuring that their tax liability and any tax owing is paid on time.

To help you we provide a comprehensive personal tax compliance service for individual and partnerships that includes:-

  • Preparing your self assessment tax return to include all income from all sources and to claim all allowances and reliefs available to you.
  • Calculating your overall liabilities for the year and advising you of these and of the due dates for payment.
  • Speaking to HM Revenue & Customs on your behalf if necessary.
  • Dealing with claims to reduce payments on account, which can be beneficial under self assessment.
  • We will agree a fixed fee quote for the work.
  • Provide you with a tax return questionnaire at the end of the tax year showing the income and deductions declared on the prior year’s tax return.
  • Dealing with HM Revenue & Customs investigations and aspect enquires.

Whether you are an individual, sole trader, a Partner in a business or a company Director we can save you time and worry by handing your self assessment tax return for you.
